Security Risk Assessment and Review
JBS consultants conducted a complete review of the existing security infrastructure including Policies, Technology, Procedures, Training and Strategy. The resultant findings now form basis of a strategy for improvement resulting in a quantifiable and manageable risk profile.

Successful Sourcing
Worked closely with the Western Health non-clinical support teams to define a new security infrastructure and progress this through a competitive procurement cycle.
Achieving Requirements
Carried out a review of the new buildings being implemented by the Western Health Capital Projects Team and in conjunction with them and the designers, established an effective approach to provision of a safe and secure operating environment.
