Ensuring Staff Safety

Developed the Access Management Framework for electronic and physical access control. This was done on behalf of all members of the consortium along with the RCH.

Consistency in Service Delivery

In association with the Department of Human Services and RCH, JBS developed the Security Policies and Risk Management Methodology to establish a consistent approach to the implementation and management of security services for the new Facility.

Enhancing Environmental Design

Provided support to the DHS to review of the security aspects of each stage of the Design and Construct programme.

Standing Orders and Procedures

Provide expert support to Spotless in developing the Standing Orders and Procedures required for migration and mobilisation to operational service.

Technical Solution Review

Review of the proposed technical solutions on behalf of the DHS to ensure they are capable of meeting the ongoing needs of the Hospital and provide an appropriate capability to support the operational status of the Facility.
