Conducted an audit of Australian Government Crisis Management Arrangements following a large number of national and international crises requiring a Commonwealth response.

Course Development and Accreditation

Provided subject matter expertise to assist with developing and accrediting academic courses for the National Security College.

Enterprise Content Management

Developed the $2m business case for a portfolio enterprise content management system.

Executive Security Programme

Facilitated high level scenarios and training sessions (natural disasters, counter-terrorism and people smuggling) for the National Security College's Executive and Senior Executive Programs over a period of two years.

National Security Training

Over a period of two years, we provided subject matter specialists to lecture on national security issues at the National Security College at the Australian National University. Lectures and workshops covered counter-terrorism, crisis management, international aid, capacity building, and risk management.
