Review of Air Cargo Supply Chain

Conducted a review of the Air Cargo Supply Chain and the role of Registered Air Cargo Agents. Established a programme of central verification and identification management of Registered Agents and propoesed a cargo monitoring programme using electronic tagging.

Review of RACA

Conducted a series of reviews and audits of Registered Air Cargo Agents (RACA) on behalf of Infrastructure in meeting is regulatory role.

Review of 'Sea Marshalls' Concept

Provided initial materials in support of the development of a 'sea marshals' concept of operations to reduce piracy problems in the Malacca Straits.

Workshop Facilitation

Facilitated workshops and developed the operational materials for the newly-created Office of Transport Security
