Progamme Management
Provided a Program Manager to scope a series of projects aimed at enhancing national security and border control strategies within DIAC, including the establishment of a 24/7 operational processing capability. The projects were valued at around $37m and focused principally on enhancing name matching processes relating to tracking people of concern.
Review of Bali Process
Conducted a review of the Bali Process Perth workshop on illegal immigrant returns.
Review of Passenger Card Processing
Reviewed the Passenger Card Processing and Related Services Provided to DIAC by an outsourced provider (JBS was engaged to audit and provide recommendations relating to the current service provider’s ability to deliver against Contractual, Technical and Business issues).

Conducted evaluations of Australia’s international immigration cooperation programs to determine the extent to which activities met intended outcomes.

Conducted a review of the Department's regional document examination and identity training.

Conducted a review of global immigration training approaches and developed a best practice methodology for the training of Australian immgration staff as well as for the training of foreign agency staff via bilateral aid programs.

Undertook a comprehensive survey summarising the migration and border management capacity building projects by major donor countries and organisations across 13 Asian countries.
