Policy Development

Developed the Security Master Plan for the Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne. This is supported by a series of Polices and Risk Management methodology which has been used to establish a consistent approach to security infrastructure development.

Support on Submission Review

Provide expert support to the Department in assessing the design methods proposed by the developers.
