Conducted a Training Needs Analysis of business owners and end users regarding the areas where they believed enhancements needed to be made to existing equity and diversity materials

Developed the training concept and support plan for the implementation of a new capability (alcohol and drugs testing) across 60,000 staff

Transition of Records

The Melbourne team have been working closely with the filosoph-e Objective team in Defence to transition all RAAF and Army personnel records from their current system to Objective.
