Records Management (Strategy)

JBS has provided consultancy support to Defence Materiels Organisation in establishing a clear understanding of the current Maturity status of DMO with regards management of records across all business units. This has been followed by the estblishment of a clear strategy for improvement including structural organisation, communication planning and training.

Records Managment (Implementation)

Following on from the work carried out earlier by the Melbourne team in establishing a maturity assessment for their Records Management processes and defining an improvement strategy, we have secured a subsequent project to implement the strategy. The Melbourne team along with filosophie has defined the monitoring programme that will establish a monitoring regime to measure ongoing improvement.
