Educational Assessment

Conducted strategic educational assessment and training needs analysis on the development and implementation of a solution to deliver of Certificate II-IV in ESL educational opportunities to the Solomon Islands Police Force.

Securing the Region

Developed a series of courses focused on incident planning, investigations, identity management, bomb and crime-scene analysis that were delivered in Indonesia through JCLEC.

Command and Control Training

Prepared and delivered counter-terrorist command and control training to foreign agencies in Indonesia, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Thailand, which were sponsored by law enforcement and intelligence agencies following the first Bali bombing.

Operations Management

Provided the operations manager who established the Australian Federal Police’s 24/7 national operations centre.

Performance Improvement Training

Conducted a range of end user workshops associated with improving performance quality and overall satisfaction with the organisation's services. This included surveying senior members of the Commonwealth public service and Sydney Airports Corporation Limited on the training skills of AFPPS officers.

Training Support Service

Provided interpreter and translation services in support of AFP training into southeast Asia.
