Fusion Centre Creation

Following the work done with FOSIC it was used as the basis for managing the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting and has now morphed into the National Threat Assessment Centre (NTAC).

Operational Procedure Development

The FOSIC was a Federal Government initiative that channelled security intelligence from various Australian departments and international security agencies into the New South Wales Police Force’s operational-level security centre. In particular, we developed the FOSIC’s operating structures and procedures, test scenarios, performance measurement processes, and provided input into the Australian National Audit Office’s (ANAO) audits on Olympic preparations for the national government.

Project Management

Provided a project manager to support the design and implementation of the Federal Olympic Security Intelligence Centre (FOSIC) within ASIO. The FOSIC was a Federal Government initiative that channelled security intelligence from various Australian departments and international security agencies into the New South Wales Police Force’s operational-level security centre.
