Conducted a review of the Ausaid's important international volunteers program examining aspects of safety, security and conditions of services.

Safety of Volunteers

Conducted reviews and supported the development of standards, policies and training for a number of international volunteer agencies working with AusAID prior to the deployment of their staff to remote locations.

Maximising Aid Effectiveness

Facilitated a strategic planning session to inform a new organisational structure, engagement mechanisms and proposed aid programs in support of AusAID initiatives with APEC, ASEAN, the East Asia Summit and on regional issues such as human trafficking, people smuggling and labour relations.
